Dont Be Like Fast Freddie

Don't be like Fast Freddie in the video below or the client  that recently called me that had been pre-qualified with another lender only to find out 4 days before he was scheduled to close on his home that his file was not approved by the underwriter.

He had already gave notice to his landlord, packed up everything in his current home, lined up family and friends to help him move.  Only to have to call everyone back and let them know that he was not really approved and it would be months before he would actually be able to buy his new home.

He was angry, frustrated and embarrassed.  It all could have been avoided if he would have been like Thorough Theodore below instead of like Fast Freddie.
